Volunteers to the rescue...

An all volunteer crew arrived June 20 to perform general cleanup at the iconic Greendale-Couch farmstead in Hiram Village, Ohio. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints were in town for their annual day of volunteer labor here in the Village. They were assisted by some local residents under the leadership of Denny Taylor, the visionary behind the restoration of this historic property.. The incessant rainfall of the opast several days made the work that much more challenging with over-saturated earth and dripping wet vegetation.
